So ya according to your email asking me about apa yang I buat utk kurangkan berat badan I. So here I'm trying to share sikit apa yg I buat dekat badan I ni. Tkada tips apa apa pun. 

I just jaga makan and kurangkan ambil nasi. Kalau nak makan pun I just lebihkan lauk. I tkmakan any fastfood, snack and tk minum ice sebab ice boleh buat perut kita buncit. 

Fyi, I didn't take any supplements pun. I took about 8month untuk kurangkan berat badan ni. Everymonth I target kurangkan atleast 1kg and I'll weigh my weight so from there I boleh control makan I. 

As for me, I didn't do any exercise because it doesn't work on me. I just jaga makan saja. You  shouldn't take any supplements pun. It affect your health actually. Yang penting mesti kena makan cuma kurangkan quantity makanan yg kita ambil tu.

The most important thing is do it continuously and kena sabar it takes time. Tkboleh sebulan nak nampak the difference sebab nak turunkan berat badan bukan senang lagi lagi inch badan tu  Kena bersungguhla tahu apa yg kita nak. Jangan cepat give up 




Satu kelemahan bila gemuk. Naik lift n then alarm overload berbunyi. Semua org pandang yg gemuk. Babi awkward sial!.Kepada yang tak habis habis tanya orang dia gemuk ke tak, selagi peha tak bergesel bila jalan tu tak gemuklah tu. Masalahnya bergeselkan? Dah diam baik hangpa pi buang lomak lemak degil tu.
